suitable hotel for 18/21 year olds

Hi,

i am giving my two daughters a long weekend break in Paris. They are 18/21. Can anyone suggest a suitable hotel centrally located and within walking distance of a couple of medium priced restaurants. I would like the hotel to be in a safe area. thank you
