Hello all, I will be visiting Paris this month, April 22-29. I have tried to answer my own questions by digging through this forum and it has helped tremendously! However, some questions remain.
I am staying in the 7th e, so am I planning in taking the Line B train from Terminal B and take it, with some transfers.
One question is regarding the Carte Orange. I understand that the paper version has been phased out and now you are left with the options of: a: the Carte Orange, mostly for locals but tourists are able to use as well. b: the Paris Visite, which is more expensive with various goodies that I don%26#39;t need. PLUS, a problem arises with me arriving WED, the 23rd, the last day I can buy the Carte Orange, which I only need for Zones 1 %26amp; 2. I plan on buying seperate tickets for Monday + the From/To CDG. Does this sound like a good plan?
Thany you in advance for any opinions.

We use the bus and metro a lot and will still by the Carte Orange pass even if we arrive as late as Wed (the last day you can buy it for that week). You will have it for 5 days (Wed-Sun) for just over 16€. However, if you can%26#39;t find the old paper version, it will cost an additional 5€ to buy the electronic %26quot;Navigo Decouverte%26quot;, on top of the cost of the C.O. pass.
That%26#39;s about 3 rides/per day - - do you think you%26#39;ll get about that much use out of it? If not, just buy the %26#39;carnet%26#39; or set of 10 single metro tickets. When those run out, buy another set. That should take you from Wed thru Tuesday.
The RER tickets to and from CDG cost about 8.5€ each.
