When my wife and I were in Paris a few years ago, we bought a wine bottle cork with a pewter Fleur De Lis on the top. We actually picked it up at the gift shop in Versaille. Today, she broke it and is very upset. I searched the web and couldn%26#39;t find a comparable stopper. If somehow, someone, somewhere can buy one of these in Paris, I will send a check, money oder, cash, etc.
Maybe I%26#39;m crazy for even thinking it is possible to pull this off, but you never know. I%26#39;m willing to send a picture of what remains.

It would probably be a lot easier ( and cheaper too) to purchase this one which is on sale on EBay US for under $15 , shipping included from a place in Louisiana

For what its worth I have seen the exact or extremly similar stoppers in gift shops in Canada. Since the one on Ebay appears to be finished... I%26#39;d look at a wine merchants catalogs of wine accessories. I%26#39;d be very surprised if you couldn%26#39;t find this item there.

The one from Ebay is the EXACT one we had! Thank you soo much! I serched the web and soo soo many variations, but none like the one we had. Never thought of looking on Ebay!

I hope it worked out with the wine stopper. I am from Barrington and heading to Paris in August. I%26#39;d be willing to help if you need it. I know exactly what it is like to break/loose something small but dear, especially from a trip.
I once mistakenly threw away (long story from a cocktail party at the beach!)a wonderful ceramic bowl i bought while in Bali. I was heartbroken. Believe it or not, I was able to replace it by doing an internet search. It still isn%26#39;t the one I purchased myself but I%26#39;m glad I have the replacement.
I looked at your stopper on ebay and have decided these would make great gifts. I%26#39;ll be looking for them in Paris myself!!!
