Has anyone had a good experience with this rental company? I%26quot;m starting to worry about getting our damage deposit back after looking at a couple of forums.

I, too, was nervous about the idea of arranging for rental of an apartment in a foreign country. Elena, from Paris Attitude, was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Last month, from July 10th to the 17th, we stayed at a beautiful and convenient 17th century apartment near the Louvre that we rented through Paris Attitude. The owner was very gracious and had prepared information and recommendations about Paris to guide us in our stay. On our last day there, even though we pointed out that we%26#39;d broken an arm on a chair, he told us it was no problem and could be easily fixed and we got our entire deposit of 900 euros back. We were more than satisfied with our experience and will use this agency again in the future.

what was the reference number of the louvre apartment you had from paris attitude?

The Paris Attitude rental that we stayed in was #1917. It was located on Rue Richelieu between the Bibliotheque National de France and the Palais Royale.

I am looking at some of their apartments now... Did anyone try negotiating the agency fee? It seems a little steep for a one month rental...
|||
..yes the agency fee is steep IMO but when you compare with some similar apts the price is about the same as many other agencies have just rolled the agency fee in with the price. I wish they would just quote their prices net..but I agree esp for the expensive ones that 25% seems like a lot.
