Bonjour. We would like to spend 5 or 6 nights in a village outside of Paris in May. We would like to be able it to have a 30 min. or less train trip to Paris and still have the experience of a French village stay while here on holiday. Would you be able to suggest locations? (I have done some research into this but am more interested in your varied opinions.) We will not have a car during this portion of our trip. Thank you so much.
