Hello,
I purchased train tickets via Raileurope for various areas of France. They were premium tickets same price as sncf website...so just purchased from rail europe since delivery was free due to the amount.
We will be on different types of train TGV, TER, Corail. For Raileurope issued tickets do we need to validate it someplace before we hop on the train?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I%26#39;m not sure, but I imagine you%26#39;ll use the same validation machines that are in the stations just before you go to the platform for your train.
But I do know for sure that you%26#39;ll need to make a reservation for the TGV in addition to the ticket you have in hand.

With a reserved seat, you just board the train. Without one, there will be a little machine to use.

You have to validate your tickets before you get on the train - basically, if there is a machine on the platform, validate your ticket. This applies on all trains.
If you purchased tickets rather than passes then your seat reservations will already be made - your tickets will be a piece of lightweight card about 7%26quot;x3%26quot; with all the details printed on them. Just push this into the orange/red machine (there will be instructions on the machine, but at least one machine will not be working) then get yourself to the part of the platform indicated by the guide.
Your ticket will have the carriage number on it, and there will be a board with a picture of the train with the carriages shown against a letter. Stand under the sign on the platform that corresponds with the letter shown against your carriage and the dorr of your carrige will magically appear, hopefully on time.
