Can anyone tell me about 44 rue du Vertbois?

I%26#39;m looking at an apartment in this street.VRBO #50

Is it in the Marais? Is anyone familiar with it? What is the area like? How far are shops cafes etc?

I guess nobody knows this street then. It%26#39;s sopposed to be in he 3rd arrondisement.?????????

They say it is in the Marais, actually it is not.

Nevertheless it is a central location and the neighborhood is OK. The apartment is close to Arts et Métiers museum, that is great. You will be able to walk to the Marais easily (a 15%26#39; walk only), and also to Beaubourg or canal Saint Martin. There is a line 4 metro stop very close (Réaumur Sébastopol), you will be in Odéon/Saint Germain in 15%26#39;.

There are a lot of cafés and restaurants in the area and also a lot of shops: a %26quot;Monoprix%26quot; and a %26quot;Petit casino%26quot; not far.

Have a look at how the street looks like!

That seems like a great price for accomodating up to 6 people.

It is near in the Marais ( 3e) and the Arts and Meteiers Museum is very close. At that metro exit there is a nice cafe across the street.It seems to be always crowded!

Well, I will be honest I find the decor horrible. LOL

But the location is good and so is the price.

I answered to your question regarding street and location only. But i agree with Paname, the apartment is not the best you may find. Outside of the decor and furniture, you%26#39;ve probably noticed that the room disposition is weird (nothing in front of the windows, everything at the back)!
