A girlfriend and I are going to Paris in early September and we would like to stay in the Marais district. Can anyone recommend an apartment they have leased in the 3rd/4th? We are staying 5 nights only.
Thankyou for your help.

We rented #115 from vacationinparis.com over Christmas and it was wonderful. Blocks from the St. Paul metro station, many little restaurants in Ste. Catherine square. Many great reviews.

We found a lovely apartment in the Marais (www.parismarais.com) through VRBO, the actual web site is www.pad-a-terre.com if we returned to Paris we%26#39;d certainly use this company again. Recommend them 100%.

We stayed at Vacation in Paris id #51 - it is in the Marais, also very close to the Centre Pompidou, about a 10 minute walk to Place des Vosges. We loved it, it was extremely quiet, nicely furnished, and for a one bedroom apartment, very large. There is a separate foyer area where you could set up a folding bed, so the second person doesn%26#39;t have to sleep in the living room. It%26#39;s on the fourth floor with no lift, so you can justify that extra croissant. http://www.vacationinparis.com/apts/id_51.htm

Thankyou to all for the suggestions....climbing stairs not a worry....as you say an extra croissant will be justified!

We (two women who wanted twin beds) stayed in this apartment (http://www.rentals-paris.com/lombard.shtml) last week. We were very happy with location, price, amenities, and service.
